Our June training with Mercy Flight helped us
to familiarize ourselves with the procedures and protocols involved
with setting up a landing zone and landing a helicopter. Mercy
Flight gave the Firefighters of the Horseheads Fire Department a
brief training seminar before the helicopter landed for a hands on
learning experience.
