Horseheads units responded Monday evening to a report of a vehicle into the rear of the Block Buster building on Chemung Street. Upon arrival 1002 found a vehicle halfway through the rear wall. The driver of the vehicle resides immediately across the street from the rear of the building and lost control of his vehicle while backing out of the garage. There were no major injuries reported as a result of the accident. | |
