Units responded to a car fire at the MOBIL gas station at the intersection of Sayre St. and South Main St. 1001 arrived on scene within 2 minutes of the dispatch and reported a working car fire. Upon arriving on scene shortly behind 1001, 1034 utilized a single hand line to put out the fire in the engine compartment. There was also a concern for exposures; the building which the vehicle was parked directly in front of, and also the propane tanks within 6 feet of the front of the car. | |
