The Junior Firefighter program has been initiated to foster an interest in firefighting and community service.  Teens between the ages of 14 to 18 are eligible to join.  Regular members of the Horseheads Fire Department must be 18 years of age and graduated from highschool, therefore teens may join the department as a Junior Firefighter until such time as they meet these requirements. 

          Applicants should fill out the application and return it to the Horseheads Fire Station at 134 North Main St, Horseheads during drill on Tuesday nights from 7pm to 9pm.  CLICK HERE FOR APPLICATION
